In the event of inclement weather, Dr. Kincaid will promptly send out an email and text message blast informing patients of any cancellations, delayed openings and/or early closings of our practice. This is the fastest and most effective method for us to disseminate (and patients/parents to obtain) this important information in a timely fashion. It is extremely important for all patients to request text message reminders in your online account and make sure we have a current cell number and email address. If you have not established an online account, just click the "My Account" tab located at the bottom of any page on our website and follow the instructions.
